It’s hard to be kind when we’re in pain, especially towards ourselves. In this workshop, taking place in St. Petersburg, participants will learn how to employ gentle stretching, meditation, breathwork, and basic self-massage to relieve physical pain and anxiety. You’re not old and your body isn’t broken. It needs some self-love, and so do you.
