Mother-Daughter Retreat
Friday, May 12, 2023, 6:30 - 10:30 p.m.
EXPLORE
Explore what taking care of yourself means to you and your daughter. What does it mean physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually?
Once you take responsibility for your own self-care, you can begin to notice the needs of others and feel compassion for them.
Learning what each other considers self-care allows you to better support each other.
MOVE
You’ll hit the mat for some partner stretches that will reinforce self-care and communicating your needs through physical and verbal cues.
It’s a great way to reconnect in a loving and supportive way.
NOURISH & PAMPER
Enjoy a delicious homemade meal poolside that’s prepared according to your tastes and diet.
You’ll also learn to give an expert-level foot or hand massage that will calm, connect and comfort you both whenever you need it. Intentional touch also encourages reconnection and loving support.
