  • Private Yoga

    Are you new to yoga? Intimidated by studio classes? Want to make sure that you’re getting the most of your efforts in classes?

    In this one-on-one (or one-on-two if you want to bring a partner) 90-minute yoga class, you receive the individualized attention you need to address your particular issues. You’ll also gain the confidence to join studio classes.

  • Finding Calm and Clarity

    In this 90-minute session, learn to release your stress through breath work and meditation. You’ll also receive a 60-minute massage that will incorporate loving self-talk and teach you to listen to the messages your body is sending you. When you are calm, the answers to your challenges become suddenly clear.

  • Pain Management

    In this 90-minute session, you’ll receive a 60-minute massage that incorporates breath work and self-talk to address your particular aches and pains. After we work out your issues on the table, you’ll learn some simple stretches that you can do at home that will relieve that pesky ache between your shoulder blades or the stiff morning neck that can plague you for days. We’ll teach you to recognize the source of your pain, then demonstrate how to relieve it. The only thing you have to lose is pain.

    We work with you one-on-one or with a partner to customize a flow that you can do in the comfort of your own home. It will also give you the confidence to attend regular studio yoga classes.

  • Trauma- and PTSD-Sensitive

    Everyone experiences trauma, sometimes first-hand and sometimes through our loved ones. Trauma is a physical phenomena just as much as a mental one. We work with you, your partner, and your therapist to help you reestablish the mind-body connection and ease your anxiety and stress.

  • My experience was life changing. I'm 25 years old and had a bad lifting injury May 2019. I had a severe strained muscle/facia in my lower back and a bulged disc and spondylolisthesis.
