The entire purpose of yoga postures (asana) is to rid yourself of any physical distractions while you meditate. In this class, we’ll spend 55 minutes doing asana that address the participants’ particular needs, then sit for 20 minutes in meditation. You’ll feel great after treating your body and mind to a little self-care.
