We offer donation-based classes on Monday evenings that are tailored to the needs of our clients. We also host donation-based evening self-care workshops and the Self-Care Book Club. Space is limited, however, so please RSVP below.
All donations go directly to Yoga 4 Change, a non-profit organization that achieves lasting, demonstrative change through a purpose-driven yoga curriculum. Your donation helps to fund a trauma-informed yoga class for substance-abuse survivors at the St. Petersburg Free Clinic Baldwin Women’s Residence.
